Instructions for use:

1. When the power is turned on, the gun must be placed on the handle stand.

2. Keep the ventilation port clear of obstructions.

3. After work is complete, you must place the heating handles on the handlebar stand and allow the machine to cool down automatically until “----” (OFF) is displayed before turning off the gun power switch.

4. When using smaller nozzles than those supplied with the machine, it is important to maximize the volume and lower the temperature of the machine and use it for a short period of time to avoid damaging the gun with prolonged use.

5. Select the appropriate nozzle according to the work requirements. The temperature may vary slightly with different nozzles, and the distance between the outlet and the object should be at least 2 mm.

6. When using the soldering iron for the first time, check the temperature of the tip of the iron, and when the temperature is just enough to melt the tin wire, apply a layer of tin to the tip of the iron and adjust the temperature to the desired temperature.

7. The temperature of the soldering iron tip should not be too high, as high temperatures will weaken the function of the iron. Turn down the temperature when not in use for an extended period of time.

8. Regularly clean the iron tip with a cleaning sponge. Wipe the iron tip clean after use and apply a new layer of tin to prevent oxidation of the iron tip.

Note:

1. Four types of nozzles (φ5mm φ8mm φ10mm 13*13mm) are included in the set. Please do not use nozzles of φ5mm less.

2, the maximum air speed of the air gun is 120L/min, when the temperature is set higher than 380 ℃, we do not recommend the air speed is lower than 50L/min, otherwise the heat gathering will lead to the air gun handle due to the high temperature and melted.
