NO LEAKS AIR SYSTEM – We offer a complete leak-proof compressed air supply solution for your shop or a garage, rolling up to 100 ft. Smooth interior walls of our piping rolls will never build upscale or rust. It is much more efficient than iron or PVC piping, and while reliably holding pressure, operates at 200 psi at 73F and 160 psi at 140F.

EASY TO CUT AND TERMINATE – No more pipe cutting, messy threading, or gluing! We provide you with a simple tool to make it effortless. MaxLine Master Kit has all components necessary to complete the installation.

BENDABLE AND FLEXIBLE - What a relief if compared with iron, copper, or PVC piping! Rolls with fewer joints allow not only faster installation but also make it easy to bend and keep in place. The aluminum lining of our rolls can create rigid but flexible layouts. The 1/2-inch inside diameter of the pipe has a bend radius of 6-8 inches and can be bent to any shape.

SCALABILITY – Perfect for shops or garages of any size and layout. You can purchase additional accessories if necessary, to expand or further customize your pneumatic line installation based on the requirements of pressurized air distribution.

INSTALLATION STEPS

Step 1

CUT the tubing square with the

cutter, ROTATING wrist while cutting.

Step 2

BEVEL the inside of the tubing by inserting the reaming tool and rotating it at least 3 full turns Use peg #16 for 1/2” tubing, Remove nut and split ring from fitting and place on tubing.

Step 3

PUSH the fitting onto the tubing and fully against the shoulder of the fitting (soapy water will help this process).

Step 4

TIGHTEN nut with wrench a minimum 1/2 of a turn or until tight.

EASY INSTALLATION AND SCALABILITY
