How To Use
Drill a Mortise Hole
Using the forstner bit included in the kit, drill a female hole into the log required based on the blueprint plan booklet (also included in your kit).
Cut the Tenon
Our log tenon cutters Work Like a Giant Pencil Sharpener™. Using the tenon cutter provided in the kit and a 1/2", single-speed, high torque, low RPM drill, create a tenon on the end of a log quickly and easily.
Assemble
Take logs with the tenons on the end and assemble them with the logs with the mortise holes. It is that simple! Additional tips for gluing, assembly and cutting are included in the blueprint plan booklet provided.
Commercial Tenon Cutter Features
Threaded Shank
All tenon cutters feature a threaded shank that can be removed and replaced in the case of damage. This allows you to just replace the shank versus the entire tenon cutter.
Durable Aluminum Powder Coated Body
Commercial tenon cutters feature a black powder coated paint. This durable paint is virtually chip resistant and is on top of a high grade die cast aluminum body.
High Carbon Steel Blades - Dual Blade Technology
Commercial blades are flat to create a 60° Tapered Shoulder Profile. They are razor sharp and extremely durable. All tenon cutters feature two blades to create the best tenon and shoulder possible in the least amount of time.

Commercial tenon cutters create a 60° tapered shoulder profile which is the most common shoulder type in traditional rustic log furniture.
